AT&T's DirecTV Latin America unit files for U.S. IPO

Vrio Corp, AT&T Inc's DirecTV business in Latin America, on Wednesday filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of as much as $100 million. Vrio said it would list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "VRIO".

AT&T files for potential IPO of minority stake in DirecTV Latin America

AT&T Inc.(T) said Wednesday that it has filed for a potential initial public offering of a minority stake in Vrio Corp., which is the holding company for its DirecTV Latin America business. The company said Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Securities, Citigroup Global Markets and Morgan Stanleyare the joint book-running managers.
